Scrum Assessment Discussion > Haven't received the password for Scrum Spike Brazil

I registered for Scrum Spike Brazil, but I haven't received the password for the assesment, yet. The only thing I received for e-mail is the order receipt. And the order id don't seens to be working as the password. Anyone has this kind of problem too?

Did you receive the password eventually? I have the same problem, although, for PSM 1 assessment.

Please contact support@scrum.org and we will figure out what is going on.

For everyone else, please note that after you register for an assessment we send you a password. This usually happens within a day; it is not instantaneous. If for some reason you do not receive a password, you should email us at support@scrum.org.
