The votes are in! We've counted up all the submissions over the past week and have prepared the results here. We discarded a number of submissions that amounted to product advertisements, but all other data was left intact.
In the end the people that submitted feedback seemed to favor sites that offered "practical" resources. Scrum.org was most often mentioned for hosting the Scrum Guide and the free Scrum Open Assessment, and the Scrum Alliance site was most often noted for its extensive library of Scrum articles. Readers liked InfoQ's "breadth of articles," interviews with leaders in the community, and its library of resources.
One result we were particularly excited about was the inclusion of a non-U.S. resource. We received an overwhelmning response from folks in Brazil that appreciated having, as one respondant said, "...a good resource available in my native language."
