Hello,

I have a question please.

No one in the current composition of the Development Team knows how to test a piece of software professionally and we do need to test each piece of software as it's developed.

What should we do?

Thanks,
Ahmed

What do you think you should do?

Points to consider:

- The Development Team's ability to self-organize
- Quality expectations and the Definition of Done
- The various forms of testing and the skills required, such as unit testing and TDD, functional testing, performance testing etc.
- Whether the Development Team should induct unverifiable work into a Sprint Backlog at all
