Dear,

I wonder how can I prove the PSM I certification, since there is a registration number and even have the possibility to change the name of registration.
What form of security that certified members have?

if you go to your user profile on this site it will show you what badges (certifications) you have and give you the option to download a certificate.
You could also direct people to your user profile if needed.
https://www.scrum.org/User-Profile/userId/127916 is your profile

Understood, friend.

The question that still have doubt is that the site allows me to change my name and put what I want. For example, can temporarily change my name and generate a certificate to someone else, then just fix again. And if someone manages to steal my account and take possession of it? I think an unsafe either. Do you have any information about it, friend?

Here's an older thread touching this topic, which may prove helpful: https://www.scrum.org/Forums/aft/696#3756
