2. 1 x Product Owner, 1 x Scrum Master, 3 x Developers, 1 x QA , 1 x Tester, 2 x Marketing, 1 x Design, 1 x Architect
3. 1 x Product Owner, 1 x Scrum Manager, 4 x Developers, 1 x QA , 1 x Tester, 1 x Design

Where does this question come from. I'd say it is 2 because you can only have one product owner and one scrum master. We still have the problem that there are only developers in a scrum team. But you could say that things like marketing are just their background and they will anyway be considered developers in the team.
