how testing is done in scrum environment, when the increment is delivered or when the whole product is delivered? plz tell me

One common approach is to test first, before the associated development work even begins.

When you read the Scrum Guide and what it has to say about a Definition of Done, when and how do you think that testing ought to be conducted, and to what should it be applied?
