is Agile Coach required in each project?

Or

is Scrum Master expected to play this role?

Hi Sushil,
in Scrum the Scrum Master is expected to play the role of a coach.
If there is nobody who has the necessary skills and experience, you might want to hire an external "Agile Coach" who enables the Scrum Master to play this role by coaching on the job.
