Hello All,

I am Siddharth Parekh from India and I want to know like what is meaning of this sentence. Please explain in brief.

I see Agile like an iceberg.
The 4 values and 12 principles of the Agile Manifesto are under the sea level.
In order to make the Agile Manifesto tangible and visible, you need some tools, above the sea level.
The Scrum framework is one of these tools that implement the Agile Manifesto.
