Hi am Santhosh,

Have cleared my PSM 1 certification on 08.10.2012 and i have not received the certificate still, also my name is not updated in the certificate list on scrum.org portal.

Can any one explain me about how frequent the certification list gets updated in scrum.org portal.

I request scrum.org to send the certificate soon.

Thanks

This is a very old thread, so updating the information.

Please note that we do not send certificates via email, nor do we create or issue hard copies. Instead, those who pass one of our Professional-level assessments with a score of 85% or higher will find a downloadable, printable certificate in their Scrum.org member account profile.

Assessment results will push to your profile almost immediately after you end the assessment, but it can take up to an hour for the certificate and badge to populate.
