Can agile be used for infra upgrade projects?

Samridh,

this is a Scrum forum.

If what you meant was: can Scrum be used for infrastructure upgrade projects, then, what do you think Scrum Guide says about it?

Before asking if an agile approach *can* be used in a given situation, first ask *why* it might be used.

So: do you see a need for an agile response within infrastructure upgrade projects? Are you able to clarify that need?

If there is probability of complex issues appearing in front of you, direction or solution change, than answer is yes. Some of practices are useful in any team work - for sharing information about issues, learning, synchronisation and improving overall efficiency.
