Questions on Scrum framework and its usage

I have recently found these questions for which I see conflicting answers. Hence, starting a new thread. Please forgive for any duplicates.

1) Is it necessary that a Scrum team should always have Product owner and Scrum Master?
2) Once the Scrum matures in an organization, Scrum Master role is not required. True or False?

1) If you are playing chess game without the bishops, is it still chess game ?

2) Is it usefull for a team to have a coach ?

From the scrum guide:

'The Scrum Team consists of a Product Owner, the Development Team, and a Scrum Master.'

Scrum Master role will be required for the following reasons:
1) Coaching the team.
2) Keeping the team focused on the sprint goals by managing the issues external to team.

If the team matures the role will not go away but my understanding is the frequency and duration of interactions can be reduced.
