I work for an international company with several in depended teams all responsible for their own application. The team I'm part of always worked in an Agile way and started 2 years ago with implementing SCRUM. We're not there 100% but we have been doing well. This was also noticed by other teams and they have asked me to share my knowledge before they send the team to training and start using Scrum as well. The manager wants to get his team excited to start using Scrum so I just want to give a light presentation not replicate a Scrum training.

I have some ideas taken from my PSM and PSPO training like point ball to give them an interactive way to explore process flow and a small exercise to compare the project management responsibilities against the scrum team roles.

I'm also looking for a funny short video to show. Youtube is full of video's, quit difficult to find something good without spending hours browsing. Other tips are welcome as well since this will be a first for myself.

Thanks!

I always thought "Shit bas Scrum Masters say" was hilarious. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=GGbsgs611MM
