Hi everyone.

Can you make some things clear to me?

What kind of technical skills do you think Scrummaster must have?

Infraestructure knowledge enough to bring a server up again ?

Network knowledge?

Dev knowledge?

Agile Coaching knowledge?

What do you guys think?

Scrum master definitely need to understand what product owner and development team is talking about. SM need not to have any hands-on skill but able to digest activities at conceptual level. If SM is working on app development project; for example; SM definitely need to know SDLC and technical practices used by team. Without such knowledge SM won't be able to identify any risk/issue or work effectively on impediments.
