Just a doubt. Is scrum.org agile?
If yes, does it follow scrum?
If yes, Is it Single Team or multiple teams?
If, Multiple teams then do they follow Nexus?
If yes, are retrospectives are being held in every sprint?

Hello T,

Yes, Scrum.org is Agile. We follow Scrum and Ken would not have it any other way :-) We run on 2 week Sprints and have reviews & retrospectives following each sprint. We have a single Product Owner in Dave West and as single Scrum Team executing on the Sprint, so we do not use Nexus in this case. We do work with several clients on helping them to employ Nexus however and that is how we learn and evolve our thinking on Nexus.

We also use Scrum in our projects. For example, we are redesigning our entire website and moving to a new platform. That effort is fully employing Scrum, has a Product Owner, Scrum Master and Development Team. These roles are played by a combination of Scrum.org employees and 3rd party members. We also are running on 2 week Sprints and hold Retrospectives and Reviews as part of Scrum.

I am happy to discuss more about how Scrum.org works offline if you would like.

That is wonderful to know Eric.
However I am more interested in Nexus as I am more involved in supporting multiple teams working on the same product backlog. We are currently following in-house process. Wondering whether Nexus is really able to deliver. Neither able to find any case studies nor any formal reports where it is being applied with reasonable results. So, I thought scrum.org must be trying it in-house and that is the reason to post this question.
