Development Team Member is not available at Daily Scrum

Hi,

What should be done if one Development Team member is not available for some reason at Daily Scrum?

Think in terms of Scrum roles and responsibilities.

- Who would notice the absence?
- What would they do with that information?
- Who might be expected to do something about it, or to recommend a course of action?
