Dear Sir/Madame,
I would like to pay to sit the test for PSM I. Could I use my manager credit card while paying?

Absolutely (so long as you have your manager's consent, of course)! Passwords purchased from our website are not associated with the billing name, or even the email address provided when placing the order.
