Definition of Scrum

Dear All !

I'm studying the overview on the Scrum & I have following question, pls help me to make clear ^^

2016-Scrum-Guide-US writes "Scrum is a framework within which, people can address complex adaptive problem"
Question: What is meaning by "adaptive problem" ?

Hi Nguyen,

just google a bit in the predictive <-> adaptive project management area and it will be clear to you pretty quick.
