Use of any mark is subject to the Trademark Guidelines, Terms of Use, and other applicable agreements and licenses.  This list is subject to change without notice.

Use of Trademark Symbols:

Where a mark is registered in the jurisdiction where it is being used the ® symbol should be used.

Where the mark is pending in the relevant jurisdiction or used in the U.S., a “TM” or “SM” should be used.

If the proper symbol is unknown, an * pointing to the attribution statement should be used.

In all cases, trademark use must adhere to the Trademark Guidelines, including but not limited to use of the relevant generic, such as “course,” following the mark and inclusion of a proper attribution statement.
