Becky Hartman is a dedicated agile coach with nearly twenty years of combined experience in traditional and agile methodologies. She is currently a Senior Agile Coach at AgileThought, where she provides expert training, facilitating and coaching to help clients of all sizes successfully adopt agile practices.
Inspired by the idea of teams working together to accomplish goals, Becky sought a career in agile to help break down silos and create a sense of shared responsibility among teams. Today, Becky’s enthusiasm for agile—combined with her love for lifelong learning—enables her to lead teams and transform the way they view and execute work.
Outside of AgileThought, Becky is a member of the Board of Directors for Agile Alliance and is known for her volunteerism in both the local and national Agile communities. Becky also co-authored The Agile Practice Guide, which is a collaborative project between the Project Management Institute and Agile Alliance that helps ease the transition from traditional project management to agile.
