Panoramica del Corso

Essere un'organizzazione agile richiede ai senior leader, ai quadri intermedi e ai membri dei team agili di cambiare il modo in cui organizzano il lavoro, lo gestiscono e ne misurano i risultati. I team agili non possono riuscirci da soli, ma hanno bisogno dell'aiuto di tutta l'organizzazione. È necessario cambiare il modo in cui le persone pensano e lavorano per migliorare i risultati, allineando gli obiettivi e i modi di lavorare di tutti.

In questo corso di due giorni i partecipanti sviluppano una profonda comprensione del ruolo che i leader svolgono nel creare le condizioni per un ambiente agile di successo. I leader e i manager sono fattori critici per aiutare le loro organizzazioni ad avere successo, ma il ruolo dei leader e dei manager in un'organizzazione agile può essere molto diverso da quello a cui sono abituati.  Questo workshop utilizza una combinazione di lezioni ed esercizi di gruppo per aiutare i partecipanti a capire come formare e supportare i team agili per ottenere risultati migliori e come guidare i cambiamenti culturali e comportamentali che le organizzazioni devono apportare per raccogliere i benefici di un approccio agile alla consegna dei prodotti.

• Imparare le sfide che i team devono affrontare durante una trasformazione Agile e come rimuovere gli impedimenti.
• Scoprire il cambiamento nello stile di gestione che un leader deve fare quando passa da un modo di lavorare tradizionale a uno agile.
• Comprendere il ruolo del leader nei team "autogestiti".
• Imparare a valutare e a promuovere la maturità agile del team
• Scoprire come collegare i valori (personali, del team e di Scrum) e gli obiettivi chiari per sviluppare team ad alte prestazioni.
• Identificare come misurare i benefici e gli impatti dell'agilità nell'organizzazione.

Si noti che questo corso non è un'introduzione allo Scrum Framework o all'utilizzo di Scrum. I partecipanti otterranno il massimo da questo corso se sono già stati precedentemente introdotti a Scrum.

Valutazione E Certificazioni

Tutti i partecipanti che completano il corso Professional Agile Leadership - Essentials riceveranno una password per tentare la verifica per la certificazione Professional Agile Leadership I (PAL I). I partecipanti al corso PAL-E che tenteranno la verifica PAL I entro 14 giorni dalla ricezione della password gratuita e non otterranno un punteggio minimo dell'85%, potranno fare un secondo tentativo senza costi aggiuntivi.

Professional Agile Leadership Essentials™ (PAL-E) is a hands-on, activity based class in which managers and leaders of agile teams gain a strong understanding of how to best support, guide, and coach their teams to create the conditions for great agility.

The course also includes a free attempt at the globally recognized Professional Agile Leadership I (PAL I) certification exam.

Course Overview

Being an agile organization requires senior leaders, middle managers, and agile team members to change the way that they organize their work, manage that work, and measure the results of the work. Agile teams cannot do this on their own; they need help from the entire organization. Changes in the way that people think and work are required driving improved results by having everyone’s goals and ways of working aligned.

In this two day class attendees develop a deep understanding of the role that leaders play in creating the conditions for a successful agile environment. Leaders and managers are critical enablers in helping their organizations be successful, yet the role of leaders and managers in an agile organization can be quite different from what they are used to. This workshop uses a combination of instruction and team-based exercises to help participants learn how to form and support agile teams to achieve better results, and how to lead the cultural and behavioral changes that organizations must make to reap the benefits of an agile product delivery approach.

The Professional Agile Leadership Essentials course is designed for managers and those in leadership roles who are responsible for the introduction and establishment of Agile methods and techniques in an organization.

Professional Scrum Certification

All participants completing the Professional Agile Leadership – Essentials course will receive a password to attempt the Professional Agile Leadership I (PAL I) certification assessment. PAL-E class participants who attempt the PAL I assessment within 14 days of receiving their free password and do not score at least 85% will be granted a 2nd attempt at no additional cost.
