About the trainers

Chee Hong Hsia
Chee-Hong a freelance Scrum Consultant, ICF Coach, a Certified Facilitator LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® and currently 1 of the 5 certified Professional Scrum Trainers in the world vetted to teach all the classes.

Heavily involved with Scrum since 2007. His experience comes from working with numerous organizations in Europe and Asia where he coached Scrum teams, middle management and C-level executives in the art of servant leadership, empirical thinking, bottom-up intelligence, the power of self-organization, evidence-based management and validate-learning.

Ziryan Salayi
Ziryan is an experiences Agilist with over ten years of experience in Agile organizations. He holds an Agile Coaching certificate, PSM-I, PSM-II and PSM-III and is a PST candidate for Furthermore, Ziryan holds a Bachelor degree in Business Information Technology, Majoring in Cross-Cultural and virtual teams. He also holds a Master degree in Business Administration on Change in Organizations. He has over 12 years of experience in IT-organizations in which he has fulfilled several roles, such as Business Consultant, Analyst, Test Specialist, Scrum Master, Product Owner en Agile Coach.
