This two-day course prepares individuals or teams for effectively using Scrum immediately. The Scrum framework, mechanics, and roles within Scrum are emphasised with a focus on practical application.

Professional Scrum Foundations (PSF) Training Course is the perfect introduction to Scrum for anyone new to the framework. Whether teams need a flawless Scrum launch or to reboot a struggling Scrum implementation, this class lays the foundation for an effective Scrum team. This course also provides the foundation of knowledge needed for role-focused training for Product Owners, Scrum Masters and Developers.

Attending this training includes preparation for and an attempt at the PSM I assessment, leading to an industry-recognised certification.
