Professional Scrum Master

PSM TRAINING INCL. CERTIFICATION VIA ONLINE TEST

The two-day Professional Scrum Master (PSM) training will provide you with general knowledge in order to successfully learn the Scrum Basics and to become a certified Scrum Master. You can obtain certification by completing an online test via Scrum.org, which is already included in the training price. We prepare you for the online test and help you understand Scrum and then successfully implement it in your company. The course promises practical orientation and interactivity through numerous exercises, so be prepared for an active workshop where you won't get bored. In addition, our competent trainers deal intensively with your individual and company-specific questions.

THE TRAINER

Your trainer will be Anastasios Psarros. Anastasios helps organizations and individuals to maximize the value of their work and is a passionate and enthusiastic trainer. As one of two PSPO stewards, he helps to continuously improve the training experience and content in close cooperation with Scrum.org and other Professional Scrum Trainers. WHO SHOULD PARTICIPATE?

Both Scrum beginners and Scrum experts can take part in the training. Ideally, you will work as a Scrum Master, Project Manager, Team Leader, IT / Development Leader, Product Manager, Test Leader, Business Analyst, Developer or Tester and have already gained some experience with Scrum. Participation is also possible as a beginner, as we will provide you with some information material in advance to bring all participants up to date. Please allow up to 2 hours for this, depending on your knowledge.

HOW DOES THE ONLINE TRAINING WORK?

we will hold the online training with Zoom and Mural. A license is not required for this. Enough time is given in advance to familiarize yourself with the tools.
