Professional Scrum Master

This class is a live virtual training scheduled for Monday and Tuesday, November 23-24, 2026, from 9:00 AM - 5 PM CST daily with a one-hour break for lunch and frequent breaks.

The Professional Scrum Master (PSM) course covers the principles and (empirical) process theory underpinning the mechanics, rules, and roles of the Scrum framework. Professional Scrum Master is THE cutting-edge course for effective Scrum Masters and anyone supporting a software development team's efficiency and effectiveness.

The Professional Scrum Master (PSM) course is not an introductory class.  For those new to Scrum or those seeking to expand their knowledge of Scrum framework, the Applying Professional Scrum class offers an experience designed to help students experience and apply Scrum principles in a team environment.

As an Agile Transformation Manager at WPS Health Solutions, Mary was responsible for improving agility for over 60 Agile teams and 30 products.  She has experience rolling out the product model to align teams around business outcomes and build cross-functional teams.
