The Professional Scrum Master IITM (PSM-A) course is a 2-day advanced Scrum Master class designed to support Scrum Masters in their professional development.  The PSM II course is intended for Scrum Masters with at least one year of experience who are looking to grow their knowledge and abilities as a Scrum Master. This course is one step in that journey. The course also includes a free attempt at the globally recognized Professional Scrum Master II (PSM II) certification exam.

About your Trainers

Martin Hinshelwood is a Professional Scrum Trainer. Professional Kanban Trainer, and Microsoft MVP: Development Technologies. He has been Consulting, Coaching, and Training in DevOps & Agility since 2010 and has been delivering software since 2000.

Since 2008 Martin has helped many organisations and has trained 1000+ people in 37 countries around the world. He is based in Scotland & Mexico and offers Scrum training courses with certification all over the world. He trains and coaches Scrum Masters, Product Owners, Developers and organisations in their evolution towards business agility. Russell Miller is a product development professional with expertise in lightweight agile product development concepts and practices.  He uses product design and engineering experience, analysis skill, and agile process control principles to help clients solve problems and create value.  Russell is a Scrum.org Professional Scrum Trainer.

Russell is an action-oriented visionary who leads the way for others in areas of incremental analysis, team formation, team collaboration, and agile practices for product development. 

Today, Russell is responsible for helping clients create value through international custom product development initiatives, developing agile training, and implementing agile process control mechanisms.
