PSM

Course Overview

“Scrum is easy to learn, but difficult to Master!”

In this 2-day Professional Scrum Master training you will learn how to get the best out of Scrum as a Scrum Master. The training is a unique mix of theory & practice, optimized for the best learning experience.

Unlike many unofficial Scrum trainings, this is one of the official Scrum.org-trainings that helps you prepare for the Professional Scrum Master (PSM I) certification.

“An increase in oxygen is always accompanied by an uptick in mental sharpness.”

In this class, we do not teach students, we make them learn. The training is entirely based on flipcharts, videos, team cases\exercises & interactive discussions. The location & training room is shaped towards optimal collaboration between the students. The maximum number of students for this training is 12, to make sure that we have enough room for discussion and sharing thoughts.

The content of the Professional Scrum Master training is continuously updated by the community of Professional Scrum trainers. By using the latest training material, we make sure you are always aligned with the content of the “PSM I”-assessment.
