Master the Scrum Master role. The Professional Scrum Master is the cutting-edge course for effective Scrum Masters and anyone supporting a software development team’s efficiency and effectiveness. It’s is a 2-day course that covers the role of the Scrum Master, the Scrum process and the principles and empirical process theory underpinning the Scrum framework.

During the 2-day course you’ll learn Scrum and how to become a great Scrum Master from two Professional Scrum Trainers (PST) accredited by Scrum.org – Magda Firlit & Barry Overeem.

By doing interactive team assignments, discussions and hands-on exercises you’ll receive lots of practical knowledge to apply the Scrum framework. After the training you will be fully prepared for the online assessment and ready to certify yourself as a Professional Scrum Master (PSM-I).

Objectives

Language

The training will be given in English. This is the ideal preparation for PSM-I, because this assessment is also in English. However, Magda Firlit is available to provide support in your native (Polish) language, if that’s desired.
