The 2-day Professional Product Owner - Advanced (PSPO-A) training focuses on helping the seasoned Product Owner reinforce their skills, create a solid vision, validate their hypotheses and ultimately deliver more value to stakeholders. The training is intended for those product owners who want to expand their knowledge and skills.

This course is an interactive experiential workshop in which participants explore the topics through a series of exercises and discussions.

All participants who have completed the course then qualify for a maximum of 2 attempts for the PSPO II certification exam. The examination fee and the official course documents are already included in the price.

An overview of the course stewards

2 stewards are assigned to each Scrum.org course. The steward is ultimately responsible for collecting input on the course materials, both on existing and possible additions, checking these inputs with the community together with Ken Schwaber, and providing updates as necessary. PSPO is currently headed by Anastasios Psarros and Chuck Suscheck.

Should I participate?

The Professional Product Owner - Advanced (PSPO-A) training is an advanced course that has been specially developed for product owners and product managers who have practical experience in looking after or managing a product.
 

The course is also equally valuable for Scrum Masters and stakeholders who work regularly with Product Owners. The training is particularly valuable for those interested with at least six months of experience in product development in a Scrum team.
