Professional Scrum Product Owner - Advanced

Professional Product Owner - Advanced (PSPO-A) is a two-day course to help experienced Product Owners become their product's Entrepreneur.  Through the preferred Product Owner stances, we will explore the evolution of the Product Owner's role.  The course focuses more on product and stakeholder management and less on the Scrum framework.

PSPO-A feels more like a two-day interactive workshop where participants engage in conversations, team-based exercises and whiteboard training. To be fully rewarding, participants should have at least one year of full-time experience as Product Owner.

The course is conducted virtually by Luc St-Laurent, an experienced Product Owner and Professional Scrum Trainer. 

The course includes one attempt to the certification exam PSPO II.
