The Professional Scrum Product Owner Advanced (PSPO A) Training is a 2 day course for professional Product Owners who face challenges every day regarding their influence and empowerment. In this advanced course they share their experience and learn modern practices and techniques to master these challenges. Each participant receives one free attempt for the advanced Professional Scrum Product Owner II (PSPO II) assessment.

Content

The Product Owner has multiple tasks and responsibilities beyond the Scrum Framework. Participants learn to take different stances and how to act within them.

Prerequisites

PSPO A is an advanced class. This is why we recommend participants to take this course after they

• have read the Scrum Guide and understand Scrum
• have been in the Product Owner role for at least one year
• have participated in the PSPO course and passed the PSPO I assessment

Certification

Each participant of the Professional Scrum Product Owner Advanced (PSPO A) course receives a voucher for the "PSPO II" assessment. If you sit the exam within the first 14 days after the course and don't pass, you will automatically receive a second attempt at no additional costs. 

Each participant also gets a 40% discount for the expert level PSPO III assessment.
