This course is a helpful resource to prepare for the PSPO I certification test and includes a free attempt at the certification. It is also excellent pre-learning for those planning to attend other courses to gain a fundamental understanding of the Product Owner.

Course Overview

In this self-paced online course, students will learn about Product Owner fundamentals in Scrum. This course explores the unique blend of skills and practices needed to lead with a customer focus while working with stakeholders and the Scrum Team to set and drive the product vision, strategy and goals. By the end of the course, students will understand how to balance vision, value and validation as well as leverage the Scrum framework to deliver valuable products. Along the way, students will learn from real scenarios, common pitfalls and concrete practices that will help them understand effective Product Ownership. Students will also learn about the most common questions people ask Scrum.org and our Professional Scrum Trainers about Product Ownership.
