I really liked the "hands-on" concept of the class and the experience of the teachers. It was nice that I did not only learn from the book but also learned about real industry examples. My aha moment was that I still need to delegate things in order to take full responsibilty of the PO role :)

Besonders gut gefallen hat mir, wie Daniel es geschafft hat, die Gruppe aktiv einzubinden und einen offenen Raum für Austausch zu schaffen. Die Diskussionen und geteilten Erfahrungen unter den Teilnehmern waren unglaublich wertvoll – das hat die Schulung für mich zu etwas ganz Besonderem gemacht. Toller Kurs, spannende Themen, die mich beruflich wirklich weiterbringen! Dazu noch ein aufmerksamer Kursleiter, der immer merkt, wenn das Plenum mal Bewegung, ein Päuschen oder eine Diskussion braucht. Einfach klasse! (Und das sage ich nicht über jeden Weiterbildungskurs!)

Es war interaktiv und auf die Anforderungen der Teilnehmer wurde gut eingegangen. Dazu war es praxisnah.

I recently completed the Professional Scrum Master 2 (PSM2) training and I must say, it was an absolutely fantastic experience. The trainer's real-life examples and practical tips helped me better understand how to apply the concepts to my own work and team. The interactive activities and group discussions allowed us to share our own experiences and learn from each other. Overall, I highly recommend this PSM2 training to anyone looking to deepen their knowledge of Scrum and become a more effective Scrum Master. Daniel is a very good PSM Instructor with a lot of pratical experience to share. His teaching methods are engaging and he delivers the content in a very patient and clear manner while leaving enough space for questions and classroom discussion.

We've experienced a 2-day-class with a great mixture of both, getting to know the basics /standards and a quite individual training, tailored to our group. The trainer was great - very experienced, flexibly reacting to our group needs and fun. I totally reccomend attending one of Daniel's trainings :)
