Applying Scrum without a job?

Hi All,

I stumbled upon scrum very recently after I lost my job and decided I really wanted to pursue something I'd thoroughly enjoy, so I bought the PSM course and recently finished it and I'm currently preparing for the PSM-I exam as best as i can.

My question is, does anyone have advice what I could be doing in order to apply scrum or practice it without having the oppertunity to test it in a corperate environment? It's a little ironic that we learn about empiricism and all I have been able to do is study it in theory.

Thanks in advance!
Greetings from the Netherlands,

Jarko
