Does anyone else find it problematic that the text editor for posting on this forum does not allow pasting text in (at least some) mobile browsers?

The editor overrides the standard textbox functionality and the custom paste button doesn't work.

I regularly want to cite text from other posts or the scrum guide, and not being able to paste often leads me to abandon the post.

I did find a workaround for this today:

  • Click the url button
  • Paste text in to the following box
  • Save the "url"
  • Select the text and click the unlink button

Perhaps this workaround will help others, but it'd be nice if scrum.org can improve the editor
