I have question about the approach that should be taken for a newly formed DevOps team. 1 Team is mature, 2 teams are not but my Manager wants to see everything on one board. I am thinking about them Grooming their own Backlogs and in Sprint Planning Pulling in the work all together, can someone help clarify and steering in the right direction.

Thank you

What do you mean by "my Manager wants to see everything on one board"? Given they are separate teams, wouldn't it be wiser to use separate boards? Seems they have separate backlogs (and therefore, I assume, they work on different "products"). Or are they working on a single "product" but have three backlogs?
