Hi All,

Please help me to understand what are the Key KPIs that needs to be captured as a Scrum Master for any Scrum Team.

Cheers

What makes you think there are any generic ones to be applicable for all teams?

But if you want to go there, team happiness is one

Aditya,,

What are some metrics and measurements that can provide the Scrum Team and organization with data indicating that they are delivering value?   Adhering to Scrum?   Improving?   Have you discussed any of this with the rest of the Scrum Team?

None whatsoever. A Scrum Master should coach his or her team to elicit their own actionable metrics. This includes any performance indicators that may help the Product Owner to better account for value.
