Please advice the most useful guides for a new scrum master that contains techniques for different scrum events.

Sam Kaner is learned.

Thanks!

Hi Irina,

Have a look at "A Coach's Guide to Facilitation by Samantha Laing and Karen Greaves" or "Training From the Back of the Room!: 65 Ways to Step Aside and Let Them Learn by Sharon Bowman".

Samantha Laing and Karen Greaves have written several books on agile/scrum events. Maybe not always as prescribed by Scrum but very readable, insightful and affordable.

A workshop is probably something you should consider: the Scrum.org classes but also the ICAgile's "Team Facilitation" workshops. Always check if the trainer is certified by Scrum.org or ICAgile. Reading a book about it can help a lot but facilitation is something you would want to see in practice.

Hope this helps.

Lars.
