Hi

we have a team that use scrum to our software development.

some works like update our website and release of content are the daily works that always must be at "InProgress" part of scrum "ToDo" table along one sprint.

how can i manage these work and other works similar to these examples that perhaps repeat always?

Hi Mina,

One way to manage these repeating works is to asses how many story points the development team normally spends per sprint 'updating the website' or 'releasing content'.

Once these estimates are known you can create a repeating story per sprint for said activities. Of course also taking DoR, DoD, acceptance criteria, etc. in mind.

Hope this helps!

Assuming that these are simple, short tasks that have to be performed in the same way on a daily basis independent from other, more complex work to be done in a sprint, why would these tasks have to be planned each sprint and kept visible in the sprint backlog?

Why? What updates are there to be made, and where does the content to be released come from?
