Solve problems in enterprise
Our organisation created some agile-teams. Do you know methods/ tools, which helps environmentally to escalate problems , which appears when agile-teams interact with another calassic departments in enterprise? They interfere achieving goals or influnce on time to market of agile-teams. Thanks!
Why not identify these dependencies during Product Backlog refinement, and then seek to resolve them before they become an impediment?

Sometimes just having members of the Scrum Team say 'No' at the right time can be a useful trigger for escalation. Escalation would come from the individual demanding extra services from the team, and they might choose to go directly to the Product Owner, or raise this matter at a Sprint Review.
Who are the stakeholders of the product? Are these people involved in the Sprint Review? Do they come from the 'classic departments' you refer to?
Is there alignment within the organization on the objectives?
Are there any additional agreements about what is expected (such as 'business as usual')?
Do leadership stand up for these objectives?
Depending on your answer to the above questions, you might find it easier or harder to handle (perhaps even take advantage of) the fallout from conflict in a political organization.
