I am searching for a remote game to introduce the agile values and principles. I have two good games for this, however these won't work by using zoom.

Looking forward to your ideas.

Thank you,

Sometimes finding an analogy that everyone would resonate with is better than a game for virtual training. For example, I've compared the experience and process of order a pizza from Pizza Hut vs going into Subway. For the most part, almost everyone in the States has ordered a pizza for delivery and gone to Subway.

Subway is all about transparency and involving the customer (stakeholder) throughout the process. Pizza hut is very much like a waterfall project, you order something, a contract is made, you don't see anything and are not involved until the pizza shows up at your door. What if it's wrong? At subway, you know immediately if they are out of something you request but at pizza hut, if you order mushrooms on your pizza and it shows up with no mushrooms, you're let down because your expectations were set that you'd have them on your pizza.

You can find different stores or scenarios but find something that resonates with your audience.
