Hello dear forum,

I am a student and for our introductory course on agile project management we were given the task to create an infographic on the topic "How do I initiate an agile project". The infographic is supposed to show...

1) the steps to setup a project

2) dependencies, risks and sucess factors for each step.

The topic is intended to encompass the elementary steps towards an agile project, including the choice of one agile framework (e.g. Scrum). I would be very thankful for some advice on how to approach this topic. Is there some kind of widely accepted standard literature etc.?

Best wishes

Norman

Have you given any thought as to what a "project" might be, in Scrum? Consider a possible shift in organizational focus from project to product.
