Increment visualization with a template format (preferred a PPT style)

Hello Scrum Community,

In our last retro meeting, our PO has mentioned that we need to agree on a template on the product increment sprint after sprint with respect to architectural changes/ extensions made and infrastructural changes etc. As per his idea, we need to use this template for keeping track of product increment (Increment from previous sprints and the increment from the current sprint). I am wondering, if anyone of you has tried anything of this kind and would like to share here. I will be grateful for valuable suggestions in this regard.

Nice suggestion by the PO, but...

1. What does the team think of this? DO they see value in this?

2. If, after discussing this with the team, no mutual value is found in this, why should anyone besides the PO be bothered with it?

What's the concern of the PO that he tries to take away with the template?
