ant to know why my MS project 2019 not have agile features

MS project version as below.

I know that Project 365 got some agile templates. But those templates are not always shown when creating a new, you may have to search through the templates. But don't expect too much of it.

@TIM MOEKER, per info from other parties, new agile feature is available only on project online.
