Hi,

I am interested if somebody applied the Scrum framework to deliver training courses for professional skills. I want to create a soft skill training and use Scrum, but I need some help.

Thanks for any advice!

I have done that in conjunction with Debrett's, and offer a training course on the soft-skills needed for agile enterprise change. The material was complicated but non-complex, being already well understood. Scrum was not therefore used for course development. Delivery is the complex challenge. For example, executives generally think they have soft-skills nailed, when in reality they are merely ensconced in a management bubble.
