Hi folks,

I am interested in the scrum framework and agile working. There was a concern in the team which was issued at a Retrospective. We have a Project/Customer Team, these are the Project People who are connected with the customers. And they expressed that they can't understand or let's say it like this agile project planing i a problem if working with the customers. Because you have to plan for example a product-release in two month. So how can agile working fit in if we plan it for two months or more? So the question was how is agile projectplaning done the right way? We want to work agile but we also want to plan exact dates for some products.

Maybe there is stuff to read. I would love to do so, if you have something about it. thx

Why do you want to work in an agile way? What problem are you trying to solve? What outcomes do you wish to achieve?

There are many free resources on this site that discuss planning and forecasting with Scrum: https://www.scrum.org/pathway/scrum-master
