Scrum Master Team - Workshop with Projekt Owner and DEV

I would like to ask if you have a cool agenda with cool attractions and games, the workshop lasts up to 8 hours, thank you for your tips.

Know your audience, what they are accountable for, and the outcomes they will expect. Failure to do so would not be cool, regardless of the fun and games you have in your workshop.

For example, I have no idea who a "Scrum Master Team", "Projekt Owner", or "DEV" are, what they are accountable for, or what they would need from such a session.

Patrick - It is hard to help you without knowing what objectives and goals you and the folks in the workshop wish to accomplish. Start with the end result in mind. For example, are you trying to teach these folks about Scrum? Team building? Create a product vision and initial Product Backlog?
