Hi all, I'm trying to find the answer to this question " When should the Developers on a Scrum Team be replaced?", but so far I can't find it. Can anyone explain this phenomenon to me? Thank you, very interesting.

Would it be right to constrain a self-managing team at all by introducing rules about when they might replace their own team members?

If they do decide to replace one or more of their membership, what likely effect would this have on their productivity, which we might encourage them to take into account?

The simple answer is 'at any time'. Being the self-managing team, the developers can decide when and how to replace any one (or more than one) of them by taking into consideration the impact of the replacement.

At any time, but the team needs to take in consideration a decline in productivity.
