SCRUM FOR MES (manufacturing executive system) products

Hey! im a junior scrum master and my first experience with scrum is in a MES project, and i dont know if its a positive thing! ;)

someone can give some advice, informative material o share experience. Something that can help me!!! please!

I think you might mean Manufacturing Execution System.

Have you found out why Scrum is being applied here?

  • Perhaps there are significant risks and uncertainties which must be addressed, and there is more to the challenge than lean optimization.
  • What purpose does a Sprint serve, and what form might Sprint Goals take in this context?
