Hi Scrum gurus!

The Scrum Guide does not include much information about scaling Scrum to large teams. There are lot of information on the Internet on this topic, but usually it contradicts to the Scrim Guide. For example, many articles suggest having one PO, one SM and own backlog per each team.

What is the best resource to read about scaling Scrum to large teams in accordance with the Scrum Guide?

Thanks in advance.

Hi Mikhail,
You can download the definitive Guide to Scaled Scrum, Nexus, here:
https://www.scrum.org/Portals/0/NexusGuide%20v1.1.pdf

This is the official Scaled Scrum Guide developed by Ken Schwaber and Scrum.org .

I've several scaled Scrum experiences, the Nexus Guide justifies most of my own experiences.

Welcome to share your Scrum experiences and any input or discussion will be appreciated.

Ching-Pei Li,

Thanks for the Nexus Guide. It is exactly what I was looking for.
