Hello,

I've PSM I and PSPO I certificates. But my company is not using the Scrum framework. Although I have theoretical knowledge, I don't have an area to get practice or use my knowledge. At this point I need your help, Are there any resources like case studies, or any videos that I can practice? Any help will be appreciated.

Best Regards.

Very few are, including those which claim to be using it.

The best place to start is the company you are in. Find out:

  • why they aren't using Scrum,
  • whether they might benefit from it,
  • how the gap to greater business agility might be made transparent and navigated

You may consider looking for agile or scrum user groups.  With virtual meetups it's possible to go to a different one every day!
